When do I get paid?

For those interpreters enrolled in direct deposit, you will receive payments as follows: 

• 1st of each month (or first bank day following if the 1st falls on a weekend/holiday) 

For assignments completed between the 1st-15th of the previous month. 

• 15th of each month (or first bank day following if the 15th falls on a weekend/holiday)

For assignments completed between the 16th to last day of the previous month.

For interpreters who are not enrolled in direct deposit, your check will be mailed on the 15th of each month (or first bank day following if the 15th falls on a weekend/holiday).

Contract Reminders

• If you request a letter of reference, please allow 2-3 business days for processing.

• Verification of assignment hours and payment history can be obtained on ScheduleInterpreter. Rates can be referenced on the rate addendum of your service agreement (contract). The 1099 reflects your earnings for a calendar year.

• We are not able to provide employment verification or complete employer paperwork, because you are an independent contractor and not our employee.
